NCR SELF ORDERING KIOSK

I worked on the Consumer Self Ordering Kiosk for over a year. I worked to create collateral, documentation & design mocks all while managing a sketch library of all the assets and updating them to reflect changes and updates to the app.
Development
I worked with a team of developers directly to ensure mocks were implemented into the kiosk. Spent time answering questions, defining rules and libraries that could be exported directly into CSS for the team of developers to use.
Research
Created prototypes and documentation to put through testing with a team of researchers. I would set up tasks and different prototypes using Invision & Sketch Cloud. Once the tests were complete we would all meet to discuss the findings and work to implement the feedback we had collected.
Accessibility
Ensuring our Consumer Self Ordering Kiosk was accessible was a high priority for me and the team. We worked to create an audio script for a screen-reader and did research with a hardware piece that someone who was blind could use the kiosk independently. We worked with different companies in the area to conduct testing and get feedback from blind users and document the entire process.
